Hiring rules

  • No driving on unsealed roads.
  • Strictly no smoking inside.
  • No pets
  • The vehicle must be returned cleaned – otherwise a cleaning fee of $50.00 will apply.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately (include who, what, where, and when).
  • Cooking gas must be returned full. Please refill at petrol stations and keep the receipt.
  • Minimum towing experience: 6 months.
  • Minimum licence requirement: 2 years
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
