- Listing Rules & Requirements
- No offroad driving, beach driving, or extended driving on gravel roads.
- Toll roads: tolls must be paid within 5 days at www.nzta.govt.nz
- No smoking inside.
- No pets unless approved upon application.
- Minimum hirer age: 21.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather.
- Cleaning & Return Conditions
- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as departure.
- Grey water tank and toilet/black water tank must be fully emptied.
- Benches must be wiped down, dishes cleaned and put away, floors swept, and all rubbish removed.
- Failure to return the vehicle clean will result in a $199.00 excess cleaning fee.
- Fuel & RUC
- Fuel: return the vehicle with a full tank of diesel/unleaded. All hires leave with a full tank.
- Diesel vehicles: RUC is additional to the hire rate and charged at $0.09 per km ($9.00 per 100 km). Calculated upon return via the Camplify pre/post hire checklist.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Karen 5.0We rented the van for two weeks and I couldve stayed for much longer. It was an absolute delight! From the helpful and fast communication in the beginning to the drop off at the airport in the end (thank you!), everything went so great with sheep happens. What was especially awesome about the van was that it was so easy to drive, really responsive, easy to turn, the rear view camera for easy parking, being able to see through the back windows. The bed was big and comfy, there was so much space for all our bags, such an easy and handy system to change waste water and refill. We got beautiful pictures out of the back window. The battery never ran out even with us working and watching movies on the laptop. Great cozy lighting, I could go on forever. We will definitely rent again. Thank you, Lois!
Rebecca 5.0My partner and I had a great two month trip in the BaaMobile all over New Zealand (north and south islands). It drives like a dream and we had no issues at all! The van is kitted out with everything that you need and the solar panels mean that you need not worry about finding powered campsites. There's plenty of storage space in the van. We bought a little gardening mat to protect our knees when inside the living space which worked well and also a fan for the hotter nights. The van will be a big part of our New Zealand adventure memories!
