Hiring rules

  • 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
  • 2. No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application
  • 3. Hirers must be 21 years of age or over
  • 4. Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
  • 5. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 03
  • 668 1211 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • 6. Cooking gas to be returned full refill from petrol stations and keep the receipt
  • 7. Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
