Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lucy 5.0It couldnt have been better! Adrian was so helpful when we arrived and talked us through it all. The van was amazing - all the bits and bobs we needed, smooth to drive and cosy to sleep in. Everything felt fresh and clean. We had the best two weeks with Cashew and cant think of anything that would have made it better. Thank you so much!!
Emeline 4.8We hired Cashew from Adrian & Hannah for our very first campervan experience. As first-timers, we werent the most confident, but Adrian was reassuring, friendly, and helpful, which really put us at ease. Cashew was easy to drive (though it struggled a little uphill - prob quite common) and had everything we needed. The van was nicely organised, with equipment that felt well thought out and new. The blankets deserve a special mention they were amazing and kept us so warm on colder nights! The experience wasnt without a few hiccups, but overall it was a good trip. If its your first campervan trip, Id definitely recommend asking questions so you dont miss anything, as theres a lot included. Wed happily recommend Cashew and Adrian/Hannah.
