- To ensure the motorhome is kept fresh and clean for future renters we have a policy of no pets or smoking inside .
- The motorhome must be returned with
- # a reasonably clean interior,
- # an empty toilet cassette and grey water tank . If not clean and extra charge of $100.00 applies.
- # a full tank of fuel.
- # Top up or replace/swap the LPG bottle
- * NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
- * Hirer must be 25 years of age or older
- * Additional drivers must be 25 years of age or older
- * Awning must be packed away at night and when/ before bad weather arises
- * Standard pickup time 10am / Dropoff time 23pm
- * Hirer/Driver is responsible for the safe and secure storeage of all bikes on the bike rack
- * Road User Charges Apply
- Anyone using New Zealand’s roads contributes towards their upkeep. Most road users pay levies when they buy fuel. Others, such as drivers of light diesel vehicles and heavy vehicles like trucks, pay through road user charges (RUC).
- * RUC Charges are additional to the daily rate and charged at 0.09c per km
- * Given the possibility of ferry cancellations due weather and breakdowns, If the Motorhome is taken to the South Island a 2 day buffer is required, Eg a ferry booking must be a minimum of 2 days prior to the return of the MH.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. Then call me!
- If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify 0800 779 779 they call the AA.

- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. 0800 779 779
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jeremy 5.0A very comfortable van for our family of 4 for 2 weeks. Appreciated the permanent and comfy bed for adults in the back, and 2 separate beds that could be made up for kids (drop down and at the dining table).
Frances 5.0Great motorhome! The van drove well and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept so well! A point to note - due to it being a big comfy queen, there is not much room around the bed so getting to the clothing storage was a shuffle around the bed, and the bed is high due to the cargo hold underneath, so climbing on and off would be tricky for someone with mobility issues (or bad knees like me!) - but this will be standard with fixed island beds I imagine. Great little separate shower cubicle. Nice big fridge too. Thank you Bevan for your supportive test drive and handover on pick up. Highly recommend!
