Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Patrick 5.0Gilson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Bella was a great van for our trip around the South Island. It had everything we needed. The roof tent and awning provided extra space also. Would highly recommend.
