Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We had a lovely experience renting Bella. The van was clean, comfortable, and super easy to drive (coming from someone who had never driven a van before!). It had everything we needed for our trip and was such a great way to explore the country. Gilson was also very good at explaining the van to us on pickup and helping with anything we needed throughout our trip.

    It was better than expected. Booked four days before use and the transaction was smooth. Gilson was generous with letting us use the van and letting us park our own car in his place. Everything was tidy and clean. During the end of our trip, we noticed the engine light is on, Gilson responded quickly and made sure of the concern. Definitely spacious and recommended for a group of 3! Thanks!

    First off, Gilson was fantastic as a host. He was always incredibly fast to reply and super accommodating with pickup and drop off. Bella was an incredible van for our two week trip and far exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped for a variety of situations, we found that having the roof-tent was invaluable in campsites where insects were abundant as it provided a welcome sanctuary. Cooking facilities were fantastic and we were able to rustle up some Michelin-star meals along the road. Would recommend Bella 1000%. Might have to get one for myself when I get back home!

    Gilson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Bella was a great van for our trip around the South Island. It had everything we needed. The roof tent and awning provided extra space also. Would highly recommend.
