TOWING RULES: TOW BALL - Requires 50mm high rise tow ball TOW VEHICLE - Must be rated to tow a minimum caravan weight of 1460kg (See https://www.aa.co.nz/cars/owning-a-car/towing/towing-weights/ to check your vehicle) TOW VEHICLE DRIVER - Must have experience towing trailers, caravans or similar. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call AA who can be reached via 0800 799 799 extension 4. They will advise the Hirer how to get assistance. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
