Additional information

• KeaNomad can be driven on a car licence, however we will need you to confirm you are comfortable driving a large vehicle before we accept your booking. • Collection and drop off times are between 9am to 18:00 on your chosen day, so please plan your arrival and departure times around this. • Compulsory pre-hire checklist will need to be completed prior to your journey beginning. Please allow up to 1 hour. • Max speed limit is 90km as van is on a COF • Road user charges, tolls, fines, infringements are payable at end of hire. • No smoking/vaping inside van • No ski field access/off-road/beach driving/unsealed roads. • 200km per day are included in the daily rate. This will be averaged across the length of your hire, and additional kilometres charged at $0.75 per km. • KeaNomad is a privately owned vehicle so it's important to treat her like she's yours. Hiring rules

• *Airport drop off/pickup will incur an additional $100.00
• charge ie $50.00 each way
• *NO smoking or vaping inside.
• *Toilet cassette and wastewater tank must be emptied and all rubbish removed before return.
• *RV must be returned clean and tidy as you found it. Please sweep floors, wipe benches, hob, fridge plus bathroom vanity and kitchen sinks. Failure to do so will result in an excess cleaning fee of $150.00.
• *Return motorhome with a full tank of diesel.
• *Refill gas cylinder and supply receipt.
• *Please leave the water tank at least 1/4 full, never empty as it can damage the pipes (no need to fill completely).
• *Road user charges (RUC) are additional to your daily rental rate and charged at $0.09c per kilometre. These are calculated based on the kilometres travelled via Camplify’s pre and posthire checklist.
• *200km per day are included in the daily rate. This will be averaged across the length of your hire, and additional kilometres charged at $0.75 per km.
• *Hirer age must be 2585 years
• *All drivers must be 25 or older with a full licence and must present their licence (and passport if licence not issued in New Zealand) at the beginning of the hire.
• *No ski field access/offroad/beach driving/unsealed roads.
• *The awning must be packed away before strong winds and/or bad weather arises.
• *If you experience any difficulties during your journey please don’t hesitate to call me.
• EMERGENCY:
• 1. If you have any concerns eg an engine warning light appears, please pull over immediately, once all occupants are safe, call Camplify 03 668 1211, Option 4 for roadside assistance.
• 2. In case of an accident please obtain all information such as time place details of driver and any other party involved and what happened. Please also call me to advise.

  We had a lovely holiday in the spacious camper. There are huge beds and plenty of space to cook and relax inside if needed. Also there is a large awning. Overall it had everything we needed for a family of 4.
