My motorhome is fully equiped for your travelling enjoyment - including a hairdryer! Just bring your own consumables. A full list of items is available on request. I offer free off-street parking for the duration of your trip if you arrive by car. I'm also happy to meet you at the Gulf Harbour Ferry if you are travelling from Auckland City. I live 15 minutes from the motorway North, on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast - a holiday destination in itself! I offer a reduced rate for a "Staycation" at either Orewa Beach, Red Beach or Shakespeare Regional Park. You drive to the location of choice and get the use of my beautiful motorhome in a stunning location, but no keys to drive it. Something to consider! I offer a Daily Rate discount for hires over 4 weeks, depending on the time of the year.

Hiring rules

• Hiring Rules:
• Road User Charges (RUC) and AdBlue charges are additional and calculated according to kms travelled. Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of $0.09 per km.
• Vehicle must be returned with full tank of diesel, gas bottles refilled please, and grey & black water tanks emptied. Failure to so will result in a Service Fee of $150.00, plus the cost of diesel and gas.
• Out of consideration to the next traveller, No cooking of strongsmelling foods such as curries inside the vehicle, please, or will incur a deodorising fee.
• No smoking or vaping in the vehicle or under the awning. Smells cling to surfaces. Failure to comply would result in extra cleaning fees.
• The hire fee is for Two people. An extra $20.00 per night per extra person surcharge will apply.
• No pets permitted.
• If using the BBQ, this must be returned clean, and the gas bottle filled. Failure to so may result in a Cleaning Fee of $80.00, plus the cost of the gas.
• To comply with insurance restrictions, this motorhome can only be driven on sealed roads. No unsealed roads, and no sand in ANY circumstances. North of Colville Township on the Coromandel Peninsula or any ski field access roads are also not permitted. This is for your safety as well as the vehicle.
• Pick up and return times are between 9:30am and 4:00pm. Late returns may be possible by prior negotiation.
• Please allow time to complete the hiring familiarisation procedures, and 2030 minutes for drop off signoff.

  We had a great time. The beds are very comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen and everything worked well. We did not use the shower as we were staying in camp grounds and used their facilities. We did end our trip early but that was weather related .
