Additional information
If booking the airport delivery and pick up, please note this service is only available during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. This is available as an extra add on within the app. Alternatively - we live out North Canterbury in Swannanoa just a 20 minute Uber ride from the airport, costing around $60.00 each way. Just ensure to pre book your Uber pick up at the drop off end as they are hard to find at short notice. This location is a great starting point for going both North or South. If you have selected linen as an extra add on, this includes clean sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels - and we will clean everything for you at the end of your journey. Alternatively your van will come with a mattress protector and you must be either using a sleeping bag or bringing your own If you are wanting to extend your booking during your trip, just reach out via the message button to see if extended dates are available. Any concerns or guidance needed along the way simply reach out via the message button.
Hiring rules
- If travelling with your pet ensure all pet hair is removed and your pet has caused no damage such as scratch marks.
- Van must be returned with all cooking equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
- Van must be returned with everything it came with, undamaged.
- Van must be returned with a full tank of petrol.
- No smoking in van.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
