Additional information
Convenient Collection: We can arrange meeting and motorhome pick up/drop off at Auckland International/ Domestic Airport terminals OR Auckland Botanic Gardens carpark - a five-ten minute drive south of the airport.
Hiring rules
- All hirers must be over the age of 25 and hold a full drivers license with no restrictions
- No smoking in the vehicle or under the awning. Will result in excess cleaning fees
- No Pets permitted
- Vehicle must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks emptied. Failure to so will result in a Fee of $150.00 being charged
- Please allow 45 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures
- The vehicle must be returned clean. Dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside
- Oneway hires are not permitted
- RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Stefanie 5.0We had the pleasure of renting this campervan from the two loveliest hosts during our trip around New Zealand, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the start, we received a thorough and helpful introduction to the vehicle, which made us feel safe and confident throughout the entire journey. As we travelled around the two islands, everything worked perfectly there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Whenever we had questions, they were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The campervan had everything we needed. It was perfectly equipped for both campsites without electricity and those with power, making it a very versatile and reliable vehicle for all types of travel. We can highly recommend renting this campervan. Youll not only get a great vehicle, but also excellent service from truly wonderful people.

Kaye 5.0I highly recommend the road runner camper, was so comfortable and clean and had extra goodies like tea, coffee, milk and cereal, also bottles of wine to make it feel real homely. Biram & Jennifer were so lovely & great to communicate with from the start to the end. Picked us up from the airport on arrival. Best relaxing holiday adventure ever.
Brian 5.0We had a great time. Biram and Jennifer Joy went over the top in preparing the van for us. The van was tidy and had everything we needed. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We had a couple of minor mechanical issues, the worst was we couldn't get the fridge to work on DC, but as we used gas it wasn't really a problem. We would definitely use Biram and Jennifer Joy's again
David 5.0Biram & Joy were amazing from airport pick up, communication, adding those little extras to make it a home away from home. The van was fully equipped which is perfect for freedom camping with plenty of space for a family.
