Hiring rules
- 1) Please treat this Motorhome as your own.
- 2) Please confirm that all drivers are over the ages of 25 and have held a full drivers licence for at least two years.
- 3) 4 day minimum hire, 7 day minimum hire school holidays.
- 4) Soft Luggage and Bedding only to be stored inside motorhome.
- 5) No smoking or vaping inside
- 6) Road user charges are additional to your hire and charged at 0.09c per Km traveled.
- Camplify will deduct on completion of the hire.
- 7) Motorhome to be returned with full tank of diesel.
- 8) Toilet to be cleaned and emptied.
- ($100.00 surcharge applies if the toilet is returned dirty)
- 9) Grey water / waste water tank emptied.
- 10) No off road driving / beach driving/ extended long driving on gravel roads.
- 11) Hirer age restriction 25 years of age or older.
- 12) No festivals or events.
- 13) Awning MUST be packed away in any winds or before bad weather arises and not to be left up overnight.
- 14) No free camping outside of permitted freedom camping areas.
- 15) Follow all NZ road rules and freedom camping laws/legislation.
- 16) EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs call us or Camplify on 0800 779 779.
- 17) All road tolls to be paid on return of vehicle.
- 18) We do ask that you bring back the Motorhome in a clean, tidy state with all rubbish removed. And all used linen placed in the bathroom upon return.
- 19) Under No circumstances is Curry or any strong cooking odours to be cooked inside the motorhome, an extra cleaning fee will be charged of $150.00.
- 20) Payment of a deposit is required within 48hours of your booking being approved otherwise it may be canceled.
- 21) The campervan must be returned by 6:00pm on the agreed return date. No late dropoffs after this time unless preapproved.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
