The Wagon is a wee bespoke campervan that is thoughtfully designed with comfort and optimal use of space in mind. Fully green self contained as per regulations. Enjoy a comfortable drive with everything you need at your fingertips. The cabin can easily be converted into a dining or lounge area and easily converts into a bed. Underneath the seats there are plenty of storage for all the provisions you'll need on your adventure. In the very back of the van you'll find a well stocked kitchen with all the amenities you'll need to get cooking on your trip. The Wagon has given us many wonderful memories and taken us to many great places in Aotearoa (we are a bit partial to the South Island). Pick up after 3.30pm unless otherwise arranged beforehand. - Please bring your own charging cables - The Wagon is a certified self contained van - The Wagon has a chemical toilet and solar shower - The van will have a full tank of fuel upon pick up. Please return it with a full tank of PETROL.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Our time in the wagon was absolutely brilliant. It was perfect, a really great price and provided everything we could need to explore the South Island. Johannes' communication was great, he was super friendly, quick + helpful. It drove really well with no issues, the kitchen area is great and it's pretty comfy to sleep in. The fairy lights were a lovely touch. Can't recommend the wagon enough!

    We had an excellent time in The Wagon! Made touring around the South Island seem less and we will definitely be looking to come back to explore some more! Johannes and Chantelle were so easy to communicate with and completely irradiated the usual stress of travel. Cant recommend The Wagon enough!

    The wagon was a great van for our little trip around the south island. It's smooth and stable to drive, which makes a huge difference in NZ as you will encounter lots of hills, winding roads and crosswinds (night and day compared to those Jucy vans!). The van set up was really nice and equipped with everything you need. It was pretty easy to convert from living to sleeping mode and there is some underseat storage to stow some of your luggage so you don't have so much stuff floating around the van. Johannes and Chantelle are such nice people and we're really helpful during pickup and return!

    The van was nothing but perfect for our trip around South Island, NZ. Johannes and Chantelle were incredibly helpful all throughout our trip. They provided everything we needed, including basic cooking supplies, extra blankets in case it got cold and many other little bits to make our experience that bit better. The car is very cozy, never gave us any issues and has plenty of space to enjoy cute dinners/card games with friends. I'd highly recommend them!
