Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The bed was very comfy and being able to walk around the sides of it was a bonus. Generous amounts of storage everywhere. Can highly recommend this van, and Leslie the owner, was very friendly and easy to deal with.
Jackson 5.0BayEscape was a fantastic experience. We hired the van for a fortnight and it was seamless. The van was more than fit for purpose and met all expectations. Leslie was great to interact with, and he was really good at communicating. He even visited us mid hire to fix an issue that arose, couldn't have asked for a better owner to interact with.
