Additional information

We are able to bring Max up to the Auckland airport for a small fee for you to get your holiday underway instantly. Baby seats and boosters can be provided for a small fee. A road user charge of .9 cents a kilometre will be charged and can be paid in cash on return or through Camplify.

Hiring rules

  • No off grid driving, loose gravel and unmanned, dangerous roads.
  • No beach driving at all times
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Van was perfect for our family holiday !

    Sadly we had a few hiccups with the van, air con wasnt working and found once we arrived at our destination we only had power when plugged in so meant we were unable to freedom camp which had been the plan for some of our trip. However Elaine and Mark had great communication and were very apologetic for the issues we experienced. We had a flat battery on our last day and roadside assistance was very fast to arrive and get us on our way, which was handy.

    Poor communication, don't respond to messages sent during hire and didn't give proper instructions at start. Van sleeps 6 yet didn't even have forks or knives for 5 people.
