Sadly we had a few hiccups with the van, air con wasnt working and found once we arrived at our destination we only had power when plugged in so meant we were unable to freedom camp which had been the plan for some of our trip. However Elaine and Mark had great communication and were very apologetic for the issues we experienced. We had a flat battery on our last day and roadside assistance was very fast to arrive and get us on our way, which was handy.

Poor communication, don't respond to messages sent during hire and didn't give proper instructions at start. Van sleeps 6 yet didn't even have forks or knives for 5 people.

It was our first time staying in a motor home and it was top notch perfect! We hired Max the Merc! Everything worked a treat, it was very clean and tidy inside and outside, the communication was thorough and they were very pleasant to deal with I highly recommend and would definitely hire from Elaine and Mark again. Thank you both so much xx

Mostly great-I appreciated the ability to freedom camp with the solar panels and phone charging plugs. A couple of issues with the van (fridge and battery) meant I ended up spending my holiday time getting repairs and wasnt able to travel where I had planned due to its starting problems. But once the battery was replaced it was reliable and easy to drive. Communications with the owner were always replied to promptly and issues addressed as needed.

This was our first time in a camper van. The owners were great to deal with. We enjoyed our holiday and being able to travel around the North Island. What a great experience
