Hiring rules
- No smoking inside Wai, please. Chemical toilet MUST be returned clean, otherwise a cleaning fee will apply. Please return Wai with a full tank of fuel or the same amount as it contained upon pick up
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Christopher 4.3A brilliant little van for a week or a long weekend
Caitlin 5.0We had a great time exploring the South Island with Wai for just over two weeks. The van had all the space we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable too. When any minor issues came up while we were on the road, Johannes and Chantelle were very responsive and immediately helped us so we could continue our trip. Cant recommend Wai enough!!!!
