Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Everything went smooth for us on a week long trip. The van is simple, well kept, operates great, and easy to use. The host was extremely nice to deal with and great at communicating. They even went the extra mile to provide small snacks and water upon as well as basic amenities. Having rented other vans that appear superior this one stood out. Its the little things!
