Shane was a very good host very respectable and very flexible with getting us into another caravan as the one we originally booked unfortunately got damaged however, Shane came in with a good alternative. Legend!

Shane was friendly and helpful to us. The van descriptions on camplify exactly matched what we got. Upon on arrival, everything was clean, tidy and ready to hit the road. As a bonus, the kiwi snacks he put in the fridge for us were delicious surprise!

We had a wonderful South Island holiday in our Skylark campervan. Shane from SpringLight was always easy to contact when needed, helpful and friendly, and his pickup/orientation/drop-off service was excellent. Van was comfortable, well equipped and reliable, and we were very happy campers.

Amazing camper very new, clean, and extremely well maintained. Everything worked perfectly and the vehicle was very comfortable for our trip. Each bed had a very comfortable bamboo mattress, and the linen and bedding were super fresh and clean, which made sleeping in the camper really pleasant. Communication with SpringLights was excellent. They were very reliable, responsive, and flexible, and communication was always quick and easy. The instructions provided at the beginning of the rental, together with the short instructional videos, were extremely valuable and very informative. Overall, we had a 100% positive experience. I would definitely book again through Camplify with this company and highly recommend both the camper and SpringLights to anyone planning a trip.

Simple and easy collection of the Tiki-Tourer from Shane. As a first time mo-ho hirer - handover was a tad nerve wracking due to all the warnings about what could go wrong, break or snap off, but after a couple of days all was good and we had a fantastic time discovering the simply beautiful South Island. The van was easy to drive, incredibly well specified with everything you'd need and spotlessly clean. We both enjoyed covering over 1,800 km effortlessly in a week. We will definitely be back to the South Island and would thoroughly recommend Shane at Springlight and the Tiki-Tourer.

Myself and three of my friends hired this van for a week long trip around the South Island of New Zealand. It was absolutely fantastic. The van had everything we need for the week and it was a great way to see the whole of the island. Shane, the owner of Eleanor, met me for the handover and orientation on our first day of the trip. He was very thorough and took his time to explain how everything worked in the van which was superb. We had a couple of issues during the week but he was super easy to get ahold of over the phone and everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. The van itself is relatively straightforward to drive. It is very comfy for four adults and comes well equipped with everything you might need for your travels. We hired the BBQ and used it several nights on our adventure. I cannot thank Shane enough for all of his help over the week. We all had such a fantastic experience renting the van and would highly recommend it to anyone keen on seeing more than just one or two places of the country.

Really great Motorhome from SpringLight. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars in all departments. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 week tour of South Island. Super helpful including pick up and drop off.

We enjoyed an excellent vacation on the South Island while touring in the Skylark motorhome. It was spacious enough for three adults and provided a very comfortable base for DOC sites and holiday park campsites that we used. The features and power of the Ford Roller Team motorhome was great for us. In our opinion, it is an excellent choice for drivers with experience with larger camping units such as motorhomes and trailer/caravans.
