I hired Graeme DCamper for a trip from Christchurch down to Queenstown and it was hands down one of the best ways to see New Zealand. The van was reliable, comfortable and set up perfectly for both free and paid campsites along the way. We stayed in a mix of freedom camping spots and holiday parks. Waking up to views of snow capped mountains with the sun hitting the peaks was unreal. Parking up next to a creek or lake with nothing but fresh air and silence made the whole trip feel epic. Graeme DCamper had everything we needed so we could pull up anywhere and feel at home. If you want an easy way to explore the South Island at your own pace, Graeme DCamper is the way to do it. I would absolutely hire him again for another NZ adventure.

We had a great time in the south island, and Philip was a reliable companion! Having access to a bathroom when it was cold or rainy outside was wonderful, and the included blanket was plenty warm. It was nice to have a place to cook. The van never gave us any problems, and was good on gas mileage. It struggled up hills a little, but I got acquainted with the O/D off button or shifted into 2nd gear and then it wasn't a problem. Great van, great communication from Damon, and a wonderful experience overall! 10/10

Great little van that ran and handled well on the open road and the twisty roads of the Banks Peninsula. Perfect for two people. The small space is more suited to shorter and smaller people. The van provided all that we needed for our fully self-contained week travelling.

Had an awesome time exploring in Philip! Damons van was super roomy, really comfy, and had everything we needed. Easy to drive, well set up, and perfect for a few days of adventure. Highly recommend!

Amazing ! We had the best time. Colin was sturdy and reliable, we loved the grill and being able to stand up inside. Damien was helpful and answered any questions we had. Would definitely recommend

The van performed exactly as needed. Mechanically, it was in excellent conditionDamon, being a mechanic, ensured everything was top-notch. The bed was comfortable, and having enough height to stand up inside made a big difference. We rarely used the shower since the water pressure was lower than expected. Overall, it was a great experience.

Had a great 3 weeks exploring the South island in Colin. He certainly is reliable, spacious and comfortable to sleep in. Good storage space in the top bunk and under seats, we would've had even more if we'd have left the awning out, which we didn't use during our trip. Driving in the sun without aircon was pretty hot, but to be expected. Damon was always helpful and quick to respond.
