Hiring rules

• 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• 3. No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application / no festivals
• 4. 1 small dog or pet per hire, that must be pre approved.
• 5. Hirer age restrictions (25)
• 6. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• 7. All Windows/Skylights/Cupboards/Drawers must be fully closed and locked before driving
• 8. Handbrake must be engaged when stationary
• 9. Vehicle must be returned cleaned, or you’ll risk a cleaning fee
• 10. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• 11. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• 12. Cooking gas to be returned full – refill from petrol stations and keep the receipt
• 13. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• 14. Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled. The guest will need to pay back the amount that is used on their journey. This will be calculated and charged by the owner via the posthire checklist
• 15. Fuel – return fully filled with diesel. All hires include a full tank upon departure

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Had an amazing holiday exploring NZ in Home Sweet Roam. The camper is very spacious and includes everything you could possibly need on your camping trip. Rachel and Dave are lovely. They gave us a comprehensive explanation at pick up and were easy to reach out to throughout our trip. Can definitely recommend!!

  Nice van! Good to drive, very comfortable bed, good sized fridge & freezer which was welcome over the very hot weekend. Some minor problems with windows & malfunctioning alarm & sensor will hopefully be fixed soon

  It was an awesome 1st time experience in Rachel and Daves motorhome. They are a lovely couple. Didnt fail to inform us all the things we need to know about the van. Very kind allowing us to pick up the van earlier than scheduled. We didnt have issues at all. Best part was the cleanlines, the super comfy bed which was an actual matress and all the necessities you will need are all inside the van. Drive was smooth too. With 3 and a 7 year old kid, I didnt get any complains, they loved it!
