Although I am a 6 berth Glamper, 4 berth would allow more comfort...with two permanent beds. The dining table now does not fold down for a bed Our location is a total walking distance of 1.3 km from the airport (a 3 min walk), or we are more than happy to meet you.

Hiring rules

• Driver must be over 25 years of age and must have had a minimum of full license for over 5 years. RUC charges apply at 9c per km.
• No off Road
• Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify
• No smoking inside
• Hirer age over 25
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Please no cooking inside using strong odours or cooking oil,(smoke detector is very sensitive, and any smoke will will set off the alarm) , so please use BBQ provided.
• On returning the van:
• Return the Van full of Diesel All hires included a full tank upon departure
• Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge
• Cooking Gas Return FULL refilled from petrol stations
• Empty both waste water.
• EMERGENCY: If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 778 778
• DAMAGE: If damage occurs, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required
• Please respect our Van, and care for it as if it was yours...

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Glamper was a beautiful van - super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Barbara couldn't have been any nicer to deal with - so kind, friendly and accommodating. We had a great trip in this van and hope to return.

  We had the best time. Barbara was so kind, explaining how everything worked. The WiFi was excellent (for our teenagers) and worked everywhere except the mountain passes where it stopped for one minute only. The beds were so comfortable and the blinds blocked so much light, that we slept until 8 every morning. Barbara provided everything we needed, even pantry basics and cleaning products. We found ourselves filling the water most days, since there were four of us. We had enough storage for our baggage under the van. The experience of driving the van was good. It handles well as a vehicle, and gets up to speed easily. Except for no reverse camera which meant one person got out and directed when backing into a camp spot. I also recommend the app CamperMate to find camping spots, dump points, and facilities. This motorhome suits a couple with 2 kids in the loft bed. Or, a couple and one more person. Or, like us, a couple and teenagers happy to share a bed "top and tail". We would definitely hire Glamper again.

  We have just returned home after the best 10 days we could have hoped for thanks to 'the Glamper' Barb has done an incredible job of setting up a home away from home and you will want for nothing as you drive your way around New Zealand's stunning South Island. From the moment we booked, Barb was brilliant to communicate with and so easy to make arrangements with. Nothing was too much trouble even helping us with an unexpected date change. She has created the most beautiful space in the van. It is warm, comfortable and stocks all the little things that make your time away a dream. The van did not miss beat. Took us everywhere we wanted to go safely and drove so well on the roads. From throw rugs to hair dryers, a welcome goody bag, wifi, shampoo and conditioner, chromecast, spotless presentation and the opportunity to meet a lovely couple who are just as excited about your holiday as you are. Thank you so much. We miss the Glamper and NZ and will be back for both as soon as we can.
