Hunny Bee is a delightful modern 4 person camper. Easy to drive with all the modern safety features including cruise control. For the couple wanting to see the sights in an economical van or a small family set about to discover the New Zealand environment in style. This well and fully equipped van is set for days off grid with all of the basic needs to cater for yourself and enjoy casual dining under the awning watching the sunsets. Convenient battery, gas or plug into power at camp sites. The very comfortable seating arrangements make touring in Hunny Bee a delight! The front seats swivel around with enough seating for 6 people. So invite the neighbours! Two single beds and a hidden queen bed that electronically lowers from the ceiling, for privacy. Fully self contained with a toilet and basin, and a seperate shower. Plenty of storage in the kitchen with a microwave, a good size fridge with freezer and convenient oven with electric and gas hob. It’s just good as Hunny and made easy to holiday in! Camping chairs and a table for Al Fresco dining, plenty of kitchenware including an air fryer and eating utensils so you can just hit the road. At least 5 days totally off grid water and power supplies if required. Hunny bee is convenient and no stress camping!

Additional information

Hunny bee is economical and easy to drive with good mirrors and a high view of all the road in front of you. The reversing camera lets you get up close at the back with no stress. Please note Bath towels are an optional extra. There is a surcharge of .9c per km to cover road user tax at the end of the hire.

Hiring rules

Please empty grey water and septic tanks before returning.
No need to refill fresh water.
Please return with a full tank of diesel

Hire Fee: From $270.00 per day
Service fee: $75.00
Delivery fee: $2.25 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Awesome! We had everything we needed to be off-grid and have a real adventure. Good storage. The drawers under the beds came in handy for clothes. Tim and Pauline were very helpful and just fantastic people. Tim was funny (from my son).

We had the best time in honeybee!! it had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and full limited amount of space. We felt pretty comfortable. 100% recommend hiring and would love to hire again.

We enjoyed this 10 day trip so much! It had everything we needed to travel around in Northland. Small touches have been carefully thought about. Like big travel coffee cups . The double bed up top was super comfy. It felt like a home away from home. The shower and bathroom are really clean, tidy and functional with hot showers. Tim was really helpful and was quick to respond. We had an accident at the very end of our trip which I felt terrible about as damaged the rear of camper but Tim was very understanding. Definitely get the full insurance with these big vehicles as we did not expect this to happen. Thankyou so much for your kind help Tim. I would definitely recommend using Honey Bee with Tim and Pauline they were awesome to deal with
