Please let us know if you will need the Bike Rack. It is available as part of your price should you require it. If not, we will not attach it to the vehicle. Please let us know if you require the BBQ. If you need space for other things you may choose not to take it. The two gas bottles (9kg for internal use. 4.5 kg for BBQ), are supplied full. Linen is supplied. Please let us know the numbers travelling. Infinite WIFI is available through a provided router at an additional cost of $6.00 per day. Please note that this is only available for bookings of 10 days or more.

Hiring rules

• SMOKING.Strictly No Smoking / No Vaping.
• RHINO 2 is NOT to be taken on beaches, ski field access roads,extended gravel roads and 4 wheel drive terrain. There is no insurance coverage in these areas.
• RETURN OF RHINO 2.The vehicle is handed to you with a full Diesel tank and two gas bottles, an empty grey tank, an empty toilette cassette and in a clean state internally and externally. Please return in the same state.
• A surcharge will be charged should the above requests not be met.
• ROAD USER CHARGES (RUC).We have prepurchased RUC which is applied to the usage of diesel in New Zealand. This surcharge is calculated at the rate of $0.09 per kilometer driven. ($9.00 for 100 kilometers). This cost will be included in the drop off charges with Camplify at the end of the booking.
• AWNING. Not to be used in medium plus winds.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 03 668 1211 they will support you.
• DAMAGE If damage occurs, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be the information required.
• FLAT TYRE Jack in compartment to the front of front passenger seat spare under Rhino at rear of vehicle.
• FLAT BATTERY Call AA assistance only domestic jumper leads will not start vehicle damage can occur.
• If you require roadside assistance call Camplify on 03 668 1211 and dial '4' this will redirect you to the dedicated Camplify line with NZ Roadside Assistance (NZRA)
• Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads (b) Vehicles are not permitted on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula). Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads during the time of year that they operate.

  It was our first time in a campervan (we rented it for 3 weeks to explore the South Island) and it could not have been better. Mick picked us up from the busstation in Nelson and took almost 2 hours explaining everything to ensure we felt comfortable driving Rhino 2. The campervan is in very good shape. It was difficult to understand for us why people would book a campervan with commercial companies like Maui or Jucy when you can book a camper like this. We for sure made some lifetime memories in Rhino 2, thanks Mick for the great experience!
