Hiring rules
- Collection & Dropoff Nelson (unless by arrangement)
- No Smoking Inside Motorhome
- The motorhome should only be driven on sealed roads… with the only exception being wellmaintained access roads of less than 10km to a campground or tourist attraction.
- Road user charges apply to all diesel vehicles (0.09c/km).
- Kilometre limits 200km/day 0.75c additional charge after (taken at end of hire).
- If an engine light appears, hirers must pull over and call the owner for assistance immediately
- The awning must be packed away before wind / bad weather arises.
- The bike rack is suitable for two ebikes (max weight 60kg's)
- Vehicle toilet must be returned empty, or you’ll risk an extra cleaning fee.
- Fuel, return with a full tank of diesel. The tank will be full on departure.
- The hirer and driver must be 25 years of age or older.
- If you have any concerns, an engine warning light appears or an accident occurs, please pull over and call the owner for assistance once all occupants are safe. Hirers can call 03 668 1211, Option 4 for roadside assistance.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tracey 4.5We enjoyed our three-week South Island holiday in Miranda, although we did have a few issues, but most were resolved with a call to Terresa who was very prompt to help us and didn't delay our travels. Apart from that Miranda went well, was comfortable and easy to drive.

Mark 4.8We had a great 3 week tour of the South Island. Definitely could use more time as there is so much to see. The van ran perfectly other than a minor hiccup which was fixed immediately and Teressa was in contact with us immediately so no loss of time whatsoever. Definitely use the video instructions supplied by Teressa for the fridge, hot water, and heater controls as it can be a bit confusing initially. The van handled really well even on the narrow S.I. roads. Teressa was awesome to deal with.
