Hiring rules
- 1. Available for use/hire in the South Island only
- 2. Suit grey nomads/couples
- 3. Will consider pets dependant on breed
- 4. Strictly no smoking in the vehicle or under the awning. Will result in excess cleaning fees
- 5 Vehicle Must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks emptied. Failure to so will result in a Fee of $150.00 being charged
- 6: Please allow 45 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures
- 7: The vehicle must be returned clean. Dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside.
- 8. Sorry, no oneway hires are permitted
- 9: RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km
- 10: . Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) Vehicle is not to be driven on sealed/bitumen roads(b) Vehicle is not permitted on Molesworth Muster Road, Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Aoraki/Mt. Cook). Vehicle is also not permitted on any ski field access roads during the time of year that they operate

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
