Hiring rules

• RULES:
• Pick up times and drop off times must be agreed upon prior to pickup, and strictly adhered to. We cannot accept late drop offs, please plan your trip accordingly. Motorhome must be returned to point of pickup.
• Handovers take a minimum of one hour to complete as we want to make sure you have comprehensive knowledge of our motorhome and the way it works. We will not rush this process as it is best for everyone.
• This is a no smoking no vaping Motorhome please respect this.
• No Smokers, No Vapers no pets please.
• Must be returned clean inside and out with waste tanks clean and empty including toilet cassette.
• All travellers must return the vehicle in a clean condition. We provide a range of cleaning products and tools to help you, this is a requirement of hire.
• No one way hires sorry. South Island Only.
• Full tank of diesel and two LPG tanks on pick up and the diesel and LPG tanks must be full on return please.
• R.U.C ( Road User Charges) to be charged as per the current rate per KM, and paid for at the end of the hire please. This can be in cash or by bank transfer.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
