Additional information Faysie can be driven on a car licence, however we will need you to confirm you are comfortable driving a large vehicle before we accept your booking. Thank you! :) Collection and drop off times are generally between 9am to 18:00 on your chosen day, so please plan your arrival and departure times around this. Auckland Airport is a comfortable 30 min drive by car Faysie is a privately owned vehicle so it's important to treat her like she's yours. All damages or losses beyond reasonable wear and tear must be paid for or claimed via insurance. Speed limit is 90km as van is on a COF (Certificate of Fitness) No smoking/vaping allowed inside van or under the awning Small pets will be considered for $10.00 per day No off road driving on unsealed roads or beaches. Kms above average of 200km per day are charged at 0.50km (This is averaged out over the entire journey)

Hiring rules

• Faysie Hiring Rules:
• No Smoking, No Pets. Please treat our home away from home with respect
• 1: All hirers must be over the age of 25 and hold a full drivers license with no restrictions
• 2: First 200kms per day are Free then charged at 50cents per kilometre (Averaged over hire period)
• 3: No smoking in the vehicle or under the awning. (Will result in excess cleaning fees)
• 4: No Pets permitted 
unless previously agreed with owner at an additional cost.
• 5: Vehicle Must be returned with full tank of diesel, LPG gas refilled and grey water and toilet cassette tanks emptied. Failure to do so will result in extra charges being made.
• 6: Please allow minimum of 45 minutes to complete pick up and 2030 mins for drop off procedures .
• 7: The vehicle must be returned clean! All rubbish removed. Dishes washed and put away, kitchen and bathroom bench surfaces wiped, fridge and hob wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside.
• Strip beds, remove duvet covers and sheets. Please put all bed linen towels etc either clean or used into the laundry basket.
• 8.Oneway hires are not permitted
• 9: RUCs: Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC's) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km at the end of the hire.
• 10: . Road restrictions apply as follows:
• (a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads (12 kms allowable.
• (b) Vehicles are not permitted on the following roads: Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
• Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads.
• For all written communication between myself and hirers, I use WhatsApp or the Camplify messaging App.
• Standard pickup/dropoff times between 9am and 6pm (remember, a full 24hour period is available for booking)
• EMERGENCY: If you have any concerns or an engine warning light appears, please pull over immediately, once all occupants are safe, call Camplify 03 668 1211, Option 4 for roadside assistance.
• In case of an accident please obtain all information such as time and place, details of driver and any other party involved and what happened. Please also call me to advise Sam 0212540121
• WE hope you enjoy your holiday and driving Faysie. Please look after her as if she was your own.
• We understand breakages occur and would appreciate your honesty in reporting the same. We do a thorough clean & visual check post hire so any bumps and bruises also need to be reported to me, Sam, and Camplify. This may affect your Insurance excess.

  Dealing with Sam was an absolute pleasure. Great communication, always responded to questions in a timely manner. Driving Faysie was a breeze. Wish we'd learnt more on how the fridge worked though as we struggled. The YouTube video helped us prepare with the vans features prior to hand over.

  The campervan was amazing, had everything a traveler could want, very easy to drive, great layout, very comfortable bed and very simple to operate. Sams communication was excellent, she even sends videos on how everything operates, so you can study before you collect, recommend this campervan 100%, we will be back to use again for sure!
