Caravan Will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. - If you do have any special requirements please include them in your message, we are only too happy to help and ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible: * Gas Bottles full - Gas included in cost of Hire * Weber BBQ Cleaned and located in front storage locker + additional gas bottle * allow 30 minutes handover of the van, so I can show you how everything works including the motor movers and install the 50mm tow-ball onto your vehicle (if required) * Inflatable awning available on request - please confirm prior to booking if you require this * Picnic Table provided included bench seats * all plates cutlery cooking equipment provided * All Cleaning products provided within caravan * Camping chairs provided * Water system in van is fully filtered through onboard (silver) filtration. * M303a Automatic Motor Movers for easy moving onto sites - including demo.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Claire 5.0Excellent caravan, Haydon & Penny made hiring extremely simple. We loved our 5 days in Raptor. It was spacious, warm and comfy. We were 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. We have a Mazda CX9 and that towed it easily. The video instructions from Haydon & Penny were fantastic. Would highly recommend.
