One-way trips may be available on request. Additional fees will apply for costs associated with relocating the van back to Nelson/Richmond at the end of the hire.
Hiring rules
- The van will be supplied with a full tank of petrol upon collection and must be returned with a full tank of petrol at the end of your hire.
- The van must be returned in a tidy condition.
- The awning must be set up and put away by a minimum of 2 people. It needs to be put away before any rain and aired out sufficiently if it gets wet.
- No smoking of any kind in the van.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lerato 5.0Amazing experience with Ace! The van is so functional and comfortable, and has everything you need for an awesome trip. Aaron and Jenna are fab as well. Our only regret was having to return her! Definitely recommend this van to give yourself the trip of a lifetime.

It had everything we needed, big fridge and enough storage space to keep our suitcases in whilst traveling. Everything is designed so neatly and has a very homely feel. Also you feel great and very incognito compared to every other camper. Couldnt recommend Ace, Aaron and Jenna enough.
Candice 5.0The van drives well, sound system is great! Well equipped yet compact. Awning was a great addition in the rain, and loved the fan in the roof connecting us to the outdoors! Aaron was super!
Libby 5.0A great van for exploring the South Island in. Very easy to drive and live in. It is suitable for freedom camping with a fixed toilet, and the solar panel and fridge are an added benefit along with a fantastic fan and comfy bed. Arron and Jenna were great for communicating with, I highly recommend this van.
