Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Rover is an absolute treat! Super comfortable is well set up and cruises about with ease. Communication with Hamish was excellent and he was super helpful too.

    Rover met all of our needs for our mini holiday and was great on the roads and felt safe and easy to drive. The 4WD is a definite plus! Rover was tidy and clean and the bed cozy. Great to have the awning which is very sturdy. Hamish was helpful and communicative - thank you!
