Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

David & Melanie 4.0Sheree was very communicative .. she made a pre trip visit to our house to meet us. She went thru all the vans features we were happy with all info she gave us before we actioned the booking We dont think the van would comfortably accommodate 4 people Access to the top bed would be tricky. Sheree responded quickly when we contacted her about the fridge freezer & 1 gas burner not working well for part of our journey. We had a wonderful time away exploring places we had not been to.
