Trev is solid and sound but he's cheap. Please note Trev will not suit those who would like luxury travel. You cannot stand up in Trev. We have never used the toliet. The kitchen layout is beautiful but he's an old boy so there is warping from water damage. You would need to be mindful of this to make sure he's not damaged.

Hiring rules

• Although it is selfcontained, I would appreciate it if you used the facilities at a Campsite or freedom space. The toliet is there for you to have the certificate and help you to stay at freedom camping spots. We don't actually use it when we go out in Trev. So, the toliet has never been used. There will be a charge if you do not let me know ahead of the booking that you are planning to actually use the toliet.
• Rules:
• • No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• • Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• • No smoking inside / no pets
• • Hirer age restrictions 25. If under 25 you'll need to let me know as soon as you book.
• • Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee.
• • Standard pickup / dropoff times are 2pm/11am.
• • No cooking inside the van (use gas stove on table provided).
• • DOC pass can be added at a charge that will be donated to DOC
• • Any damage must be reported immediately– who, what, where and when will be required.
• • Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• • Cooking gas to be returned full – gas can be brought from most stores (I personally use Warehouse)
• • Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• • Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.1c per km travelled
• • Fuel – return filled with diesel/unleaded fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure
• Information wanted:
• • Provide the name, age and phone number of all drivers.
• • Where are you going? What is the purpose of the trip?
• • What time do you hope to pick up/drop off?
• • Do you plan to travel offroad or on any unsealed roads?
• • How many kilometres do you estimate for the total trip?
• • What experience do you have driving a vehicle of this type?
• • If requesting a dropoff, please provide the address of your dropoff location.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
