Hiring rules

• 200kms per day are free additional kms will be charged at 30c/km
• Road User Charge here ($0.09/km)
• Strictly no smoking/drugs in van.
• No offroad/gravel tracks (the van isn't insured for damage to the undercarriage, which is where the grey and clean water tanks are housed).
• Pets allowed (will have to provide own sheets and blankets).
• Never cut food with a knife in the pots or pans. Use silicone or wooden cooking utensils and avoid metal.
• Treat it as if it was your own.
• Tolls and parking are your responsibility.
• Return the camper van with a full tank of fuel (Diesel), toilet emptied and cleaned (if used) and in a clean & tidy condition.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Flora was perfect for our 2 week trip around the South Island. Had all the facilities needed to be camping off-grid for a few days at a time and just the right size for getting into smaller carpark spaces when exploring urban areas, too! Camilla and Andy were also so responsive and helpful and made our trip as smooth as possible. Would 100% book Flora again if ever returning to the South Island :)

  We chose to rent Flora from Andy & Camila not only because it had everything we needed in a camper at a competitive rate, but also because they had only excellent reviews. These reviews were absolutely spot on. Every aspect of dealing with this lovely couple exceeded even the high expectations we had after reading the previous reviews. These guys give a new meaning to going the extra mile. Nothing was too much in order to make our stay super enjoyable. They provided top quality wonderfully soft, high count, cotton bed linen, a very comfy mattress topper, a useful starter pack of food, and even exercise mats so I could do Pilates for my bad back, hooks and caddies to hang and store everything we needed and even two small umbrellas! Flora really felt like a home to us. The advice Andy gave us, both before we arrived and during our trip, on places to visit, attractions to go to, was invaluable. Its rare you come across such genuinely lovely people. I can wholeheartedly recommend renting from Andy & Camila.
