Hiring rules
- [NO OFFROAD] Campervans can only be driven on sealed roads or bitumen roads, and wellmaintained roads. You must not drive vehicles on: Skippers Road (Queenstown), Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula). An additional safety inspection fee of $500.00 will be charged for each identified violation of these road restrictions.
- [HOUSE RULE] No smoke, no pet, no heavy smell food. Please NOT LEAVE trash/mud/sand, and EMPTY grey/black water tanks, and KEEP the toilet clean when returning the vehicle. If you do not comply, an additional cleaning fee of $50.00–$500.00 may be charged.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lawrence 5.0The back up from Yan was excellent. We had a number of questions he replied promptly and quickly. Cost of fuel was an issue and the final cost of the added diesel was something we knew but still a consideration. The van is compact and making the bed not easy but we worked out a system. We encountered a cooker issue and replaced it that day. Yan was very helpful with this.

Regarding your feedback, the beds compact design is intended to maximize living space within the van. As for fuel, while the Middle East conflict has unfortunately pushed global prices up, our diesel Pioneer remains a highly fuel-efficient and cost-effective way to explore NZ. We appreciate your stay and hope to host you again!
Rochelle 3.3Disappointing that this hirer is a small business with multiple vans and as such operates as a business under the guise of Camplify. This was our second hire with this particular company - this van wasn't as well equipped. The pillows were awful, recommend bringing your own. The squabs for the bed were hard and uncomfortable. Fine for a weekend - as in one or two nights.
William 4.0Beware: Van's design and construction made it more trouble than worth and it was clearly not constructed by someone who used the van regularly, or at all. Also, this is a diesel vehicle, so the owner will charge you for the RUC per km you drive. Charged for a chipped windshield that was not identified until after the post check-in inspection, without any way of verifying if it happened during my trip. Pros: Timely communication and prompt pickup/dropoff Cons: - freshwater valve came loose during driving and flooded the entire van on the 2nd day of driving - Shoddy construction awning for the toilet fell apart due to poorly screwed in holes - shades broke from curtain rod after 1-2 uses - no overhead space for the sink, meaning you cannot use it for hygiene or even washing dishes.
Alison 5.0Zhengs van was reliable and all communication was clear, concise and prompt. The van has basic supplies which suited us just fine- leaving plenty of room for us to store luggage under the seats.
