Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tomáš 5.0Traveling with Lucy was amazing! The car is easy to drive and well equipped. Wery comfortable for two people sleeping and 4 people sitting in case of bad weather. Alf was kind, communicative and professional and super helpful with pick up and drop of :-) I definitely recommend traveling with Lucy.
Léonie 5.0We had Lucy for 5 weeks in January and we were very happy with her! The bed is very comfortable and still very easy to adjust to a bench when its raining during daytime. The campervan is fully self-contained which is very important if you are looking to camp out on free campsites. The solar panel on top makes camping very easy, you will never need a powered site. Some small issues on the end of our trip seemed a very easy fix for Alf, a very capable and friendly owner! The airport pick-up and drop-off makes it even more convenient!
