This van has green certification to meet the new legislation requirements that start from 7 December 2024 for self containment. It is important to know that you CAN freedom camp with this vehicle before and after this date, opening up your options. Seriously well optioned camper. Set up and custom made by Overland Campers NZ in 2023. This has been well thought out and ready for any adventure New Zealand has to offer. All set up and ready to go just add food and everything else is taken care of. Elgrando offers a Powerful V6 engine to get you where you are going with little effort. Sleep comfortably inside the camper on a High-density Foam mattress and enjoy a restful nights sleep with a fully blacked out and insulated cabin for sleeping, using the provided black out window inserts. Equipped with Full Kitchen setup including a 36ltr fridge freezer, (burners and fuel supplied), includes all cooking equipment (pots, pans, cups, plates, knives and forks), Chemical Toilet, Table and chairs, Android stereo with Bluetooth, massive batteries with solar power enabling “off grid camping indefinitely” Bedding including pillows, duvet and extra blankets. 25ltr freshwater storage with sink and cleaning supplies. Heaps of storage space under the bed. Plenty of USB outlets to keep all your devices charged and 240V power to charge larger items like drones and laptops. Large, easy to use awning extends the living space and has a privacy/wind screen to make camping a little more comfortable and private. We can meet you at your accommodation or Airport in Auckland for hand over or you can pick up the van from our Auckland location. The choice is yours. The vehicle must be returned to the Auckland area with a full tank of gas at the end of your holiday.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Kane was very easy to communicate with. The van was as described. Clean and tidy. Pick up of the van was very smooth and stress free with Kane picking me up from the airport going over the what I need to know about the van and I was on my way. Very happy with my experience. Thank you.

    I decided to go on an eight-day solo trip around the North Island just me and my dog. Having never done this before, I was a little apprehensive. The van was easy to drive and park, the set-up was perfect for us and I loved that the tinted windows meant during the day no one could see inside the van easily. Definitely a huge plus was that Kane dropped off and collected the van giving me peace of mind and extra time to prepare and pack away at the beginning and end of our trip. Would definitely book again, now to get planning on our next adventure
