- Grey Water Tank, Toilet Cassett to be returned empty. Failure to return empty will result in excess cleaning fee of $200.00
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Carlo 5.0We recently had a fantastic trip away in "Billie", the motorhome, and couldn't be happier with the experience! Lynley and Rod were great to deal withfriendly, helpful, and thorough. The handover process is essential before heading off, as it gives you a good understanding of how everything works and allows you to ask any questions. Once on the road, "Billie" was super easy to drive, which made it an enjoyable experience. Just remember to keep in mind the vehicle's height and be mindful of low-hanging branches, street signs, and other obstacles along the way. Traveling with our two grandkids, we found that making plenty of stops along the way was key to keeping everyone happy. While we didnt encounter any issues, it's good to know that Camplify support is there for major problems, and for anything day-to-day, Lynley and Rod are just a call away. Overall, we enjoyed driving and using "Billie" and would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a great motorhome experience!
Scottie 5.0Van drove very well, and fit our family of 5 well. Plenty of storage to fit our 3 bikes, beach gear and bags, with room to lounge when we were parked up. Our first family campervan experience and it was a very good one. Lynley was very good to deal with from booking, pickup and right through to drop off.
