Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This caravan is awesome and Hamish the owner is really accommodating and helpful. It was my first time towing a caravan and we took it from Auckland all the way down to the bottom of the South Island and back again without any hassle. Would definitely recommend!

    Really nice van! We decided to experience an Australian caravan, and it was perfect for our family of five. The enclosed awning was a great during the rainy day, plenty of space for the kids to play. It had all the essentials we needed and was incredibly comfortable throughout our trip.
