Introducing Binky, who has everything to accompany you on your adventure around the South Island. Converted by myself in 2023, I can answer any of your questions about the conversion and happy to also help with some travel recommendations! Discount available for longer bookings. The conversion includes: - Bed linen (Double mattress with Queen size duvet and memory foam mattress topper) -Tableware, pots, pans and cooking utensils -Tea & coffee, salt & pepper, oil and various essentials including chocolate! -Towels and blankets -12V battery system for lights and charging -Solar shower 30L -Twin gas stove -Good quality cool box -Table and Chairs -Awning -Roof rack Pick up/ Drop off info : We're based 10 minutes from Queenstown airport and flexible on timings to suit your schedule. Service fee: We have a set fee for all of our vans, ensuring they are always cleaned, sanitised and prepared for each trip. Diesel Road User Charges: All diesel vehicles in NZ incur these charges, which helps cover wear and tear on the roads, as diesel is sold tax free at the pump. These are charged at 9c/km and go through camplify's platform at the end of your trip and you will only pay for the distance actually travelled.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $80.00 per day
Service fee: $75.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Binky is perfect for a solo traveler in no hurry. I'm 6'2 and I spent two weeks with Binky. The driving position is a little cramped but after a few days I didn't even notice. The bed is comfortable and plenty long enough. The camper setup is well conceived and easy to use, especially the kitchen slide out. There is a large storage drawer under the bed. Window blinds all around provide privacy. Josh was very easy going and a pleasure to deal with. I'd definitely consider hiring one of his vans again.

We had the best time traveling around Queenstown in Binky. Josh has the van setup so well with everything we needed. Super comfortable and overall a really great experience. Josh is a legend!

We had an amazing trip in Binky the van. We were able to get everywhere we were hoping to from the west coast to Milford sound! Josh was great to deal with and very accommodating, making sure we had everything and recommending camp sites and food spots which were spot on. We cant recommend enough booking a van with Josh!
