Additional information
This camper includes a detailed user manual, but please allow 45mins upon pick up for me to show you all the features etc. Pick up location is 25 minutes from Auckland airport. If you require pick up from the airport please ask and I can arrange it for $50.00. Please be prompt with your communication. Please note Road User Charges (RUC) apply to all diesel vehicles in NZ. This is charged per kilometre travelled (NZ 9 Cents per kilometre) during hire as noted in the Camplify policy. This money goes to the NZ government for all diesel vehicles.
Hiring rules
- No Smoking or vaping in the vehicle
- No oneway hire (must be dropped off back in Auckland)
- No driving or parking in muddy areas
- No ski field roads & No towing
- No pets inside the vehicle
- No driving through flood waters
- No off road driving (RV only to be driven on sealed tarmac roads)
- Please do not drive on the following roads:
- 90 Mile Beach, Northland
- Colville Township to Port Jackson, Coromandel
- Ball Hut Road, Mt Cook
- Skippers Canyon Road, Queenstown
- EMERGENCY If engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 03 668 1211 Option 4
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Do NOT put this Vehicle through a Carwash station of any kind.
- Vehicle Must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks emptied. Failure to do so will result in a Fee being charged
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jane 5.0We had an awesome time seeing the nirth island with Sergio's van! The van was super comfortable and handles really well on the road. The handover instructions were great, including the YouTube videos and the manual in the van. Sergio and his son Sam were great to communicate with, very quick to respond and always happy to help. They picked us up from and dropped us back at the airport, and we did the handover for the van at the nearby shopping centre. The van itself was perfect for 2 people, plenty of space inside and great for self catering. Good storage too. I would highly recommend renting this van! Thanks Sergio and Sam!
Ged 5.0We had a great trip around North Island we mainly used DOC sites or powered camp sites for convince and position . Sergio s assistance with pick up & drop off and recommendations were helpful , the Mercedes rv ticked along without an issue regards ged

The communication with Sergio and his son Shane was also great and very helpful and friendly. Very quick response time. We had a great experience! Kate 5.0We had such a great time with the van, travelling around the north island for 3 weeks and it had everything we needed for two people. Communication with the family was super quick and easy whenever we had a question it was answered within 15 mins. Sergio and his family were super lovely people. I absolutely recommend this van for travellers and we found the fuel economy is great too! Enjoy!
