Nelly has been fitted out to provide a very high level of comfort for during your holiday. She is our home away from home and we hope that you will enjoy your holiday away with her as much as we do. Features: STARLINK* - Unlimited access to the internet no matter where you are parked TV with DVD and TV On Demand + Chrome Cast USB and USB-C quick charge port in the rear INVERTER for 240-volt power for appliances when freedom camping (Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, microwave and toaster) FILTERED drinking water FAN ROOF VENT fan to provide additional airflow on those hot days REVERSING CAMERA and sensors HEATING is taken care of by a diesel heater and hot water is heated by gas. ENTERTAINMENT is covered by a Smart TV for internet streaming box for the TV and a dedicated stereo unit for the rear speakers. BEDDING - features two singles or spacious king-size bed with all linen and towels supplied. We are happy to pick up or drop off from Nelson Airport, for no extra charge.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking inside at all times.
  • Grey water and toilet cassette must be emptied before the camper is returned otherwise a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged
  • No cooking of any strongsmelling food like fish or curry inside, please. A portable gas stove is provided for cooking these foods outside.
  • Road User Charges will be charged POST hire.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was the second time we rented Nelly as it was such a great van. This time we did an 8 week trip and drove 7500 KM all over north and south island. Nelly was so well equipped and comfortable and met all our needs for an extensive road-trip. we had looked at many campers and most had terrible ventilation and no tinting on windows so there was no privacy without closing drapes. Nelly included a roof vent and fan as well a bug screens to keep the bugs out. The van is pleasure to drive and gets great mileage. We got about 9.5L per 100 KM. Having Star-link included was great in remote areas where there was no cell service. We would rent Nelly again and Brendon the owner was always available and very helpful when questions came up.

    We really enjoyed our trip in Nelly. Campervan was easy to drive, it was well supplied with everything we required. Instructions were well explained. Everything ran smoothly.

    Nice van that has everything you need. It's longer than vans we've rented before and felt a little luxurious, yet was still surprisingly easy to drive. Great communication and easy-as handover both before and after the trip.

    Nelly was very well equipped and comfortable. Was great to have amenities like a microwave and coffee machine in the Van. Brendan was great to deal with. Definitely recommend.

    Perfect van to see the south island in drives well, Brendan has done an incredible job upgrading the amenities/battery and installing tv and wifi and heater, Probably the best deal you'll find in nelson and surrounds. good starting point for a roadtrip.
