DINING/ pots, pans, toaster, kettle, chopping board, cheese grater, measuring utensils, salad bowl, crockery, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with a full tank at the end of your journey otherwise a refueling fee of NZD $80.00 will apply plus the cost of diesel. It may be possible to leave your own car on our driveway if required; please enquire first. Please empty the toilet cassette before returning. A NZD$100.00 fee will apply if it is unclean, to dispose of the waste. RUC’s Road User Charges are a government tax on diesel vehicles in NZ. An additional fee of 9 cents per km to be paid on return of the motorhome; this equates to $90.00NZD per 1000km driven. Travel restrictions It drives like a car, standard car licence is all that is required. Drivers must hold a full, clean license and identification needs to be shown upon booking and pick up. No off-road driving permitted on beaches, unsealed roads, ski field access roads in winter or prohibited NZTA listed roads. House rules Please treat our motorhome as you would your own. No smoking or vaping inside. No pets allowed sorry. Leave the motorhome clean and tidy. Refill with diesel prior to drop off. No cooking of food with strong odours. Deodorising fee of $100.00 will apply. Soft luggage only to be stored inside, no bikes, scooters, skateboards etc. There is a bike rack plus large exterior hatch for these. Please wash off any sand before entering the vehicle. It will be supplied with a full tank of fresh water and an empty tank for grey water. Please empty the grey water tank before returning or a $100.00 fee will apply. Anything not mentioned, please just ask. Hiring rules

• Failure to follow the below hiring rules will result in posthire fee's being charged:
• No smoking or vaping in the vehicle allowed.
• No pets allowed in the vehicle.
• No driving on gravel roads or beaches allowed.
• Toilet cassette and grey wastewater tank MUST be emptied before return.
• Diesel fuel tank to be returned full.
• RUC's charged at 9c per km, and calculated posthire based on odometer reading.

• Hirer must be 29 years of age or older.

  Terrific van all around. We loved our five weeks with Marvin. Super functional, very well equipped and very clean, pretty much self-sufficient energy-wise with three PV solar panels on the roof, drives very nicely, has everything it needs and Gareth is friendly and super responsive and helpful for minor things that came up here and there. We truly hope to rent Marvin again one day.

  The van had everything we needed. It was no trouble to drive and easily cruised at 90 km/h on the open road.

  Lovely van, good layout, lots of storage, although we did appreciate taking our stepstool, as some of us are on the short side. Well appointed with very comfortable bed. Gareth gave a good handover & was very responsive when we had a problem (ours, not the van's). Thoroughly recommend
