Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jiri 5.0It was lovely to stay in Kens van. Low cost of fuel and very easy to drive, this van makes it worthy for long trips.
Anna 5.0Stella Bella was just perfect for our needs. We had a great time around NZ and communication with Ken was always easy and straightforward. The van was fitted with absolutely everything we needed. Can't recommend the experience & this van & his owner enough.
Jeong Soon 4.5This van is manual gear and doesnt a rear camera. so it was hard to drive. But our campervan trip has exciting and great.
