Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Unsealed roads / NO Beach Driving
- NO driving on ski field access roads. NO chains to be fitted to vehicle
- NO Smoking inside
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 180 km's a day (on average per day of trip over length of trip). After 180km's per day, you will be charged .75c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van to the standard of when you picked it up. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- TOILET Toilet must be emptied and cleaned. A fee of $200.00 will be charged for failure to return the toilet clean.
- Hirer must be 23 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Angelina 5.0We had such a wonderful time travelling with Lulu. The van was very easy to drive and felt comfortable and reliable throughout the whole trip. Its really well equipped and has everything you need for a great campervan adventure. We especially loved the clever storage space and all the thoughtful little details. The indirect lighting in the evening made the van feel extra cosy and created such a nice atmosphere after a long day of exploring. Sophie is a fantastic host incredibly kind, helpful and always quick to respond. Communication was smooth and friendly from the beginning, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Lulu to anyone looking for a cosy, well-equipped campervan and a great host. We would definitely book it again anytime.
Neala 5.0I had the best time travelling around the South Island in Lulu! My only regret is not booking for longer but the van had everything I needed and was very comfortable making it the perfect choice for my little road trip :)
