• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call us.
• DAMAGE If any damage happens, please report it immediately We need to know who, what, where and when.
• No OFFROAD / No UNSEALED roads and No BEACH adventures please.
• LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to travel in Serena up to 150km's per day (on average per day of trip over length of trip). After this limit is reached, extra km's are absolutely fine just chargeable. Camplify will facilitate a charge of .75c per kilometre over the allocated allowance based on the start and end odometer readings and this will be paid for through your bond after the completion of the trip. This is to cover the depreciation on the vehicles value, the servicing of the vehicle and NZ RUC.
• CLEANING AND RETURN Do not smoke or cook inside the cabin and return with the onboard equipment and the Van as clean as when you received it. Please bring it back with a full tank of Petrol
