HIRING RULES: EMERGENCY - If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779 DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking. LONG TRIPS - Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 kilometres a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of hire Example: 5 days hire 5 x 200km Allowance: 1000km for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 30c per km and deducted on completion of the hire. FUEL - All hires include a full tank upon departure. CLEANING - Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. COOKING GAS - Return FULL - refilled from petrol stations. PICK UP/DROP OFF - at the Hibiscus Coast bus station (direct link from Britomart main bus station), between 10am and 4pm, unless otherwise agreed

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
