** 4 Berth Luxury Motorhome ** Explore New Zealand in comfort and style in a premium Dethleffs i7057DBL A class motorhome built on the ultra reliable Fiat Ducato A class chassis. It has all the features one would expect from a premium class motorhome. There are seat belts for 4 and is fully self contained and is certified for "Freedom Camping" so you can stop and enjoy peace and quiet pretty much anywhere. The van is equipped with a large screen GPS navigator to aid in your route planning and motoring. Separate shower and toilet compartments. The toilet/washroom door doubles to close off the front and rear. The drivers and front seat passenger captains seats swivel to provide additional seating in the saloon. As well as the Queen sized rear island bed (1900 x 1500) in the private ensuite bedroom, there is an additional pull down bed (1950 x 1500) that comes down into the driving cab which still allows you to use the front lounge. This is counterpoised for ease of use so no struggling to stow it. Just leave it made up ready for bedtime. The kitchen is fitted with a 3 burner hob, oven / grill and 142 litre fridge/freezer, hot and cold water over the sink. Large awning with outdoor table and camp chairs. Hot and cold water on tap and warm air heating throughout the van to keep you cozy. All windows and vents are fitted with screens to keep out those pesky insects. There is an automatic freeview satellite dish with TVs in the rear bedroom and the saloon. Solar panels on the roof and large house batteries provide adequate power for normal evening / night time use and also keep the vehicle batteries topped up ready for the morning start so booking mains power at the campsite is usually not necessary. The van is equipped with an inverter to provide 240V if needed. 12volt charging points are provided for charging your devices. A large storage area is provided at the rear with access from both sides. Linen and towels are all included as is crockery and cutlery. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and essentials is provided to start you off on your journey.

Additional information

Free garaged parking for the duration of your trip if you arrive by car. We cover the cost of the gas (LPG) used for your trip. There are two gas bottles on the van. We don't guarantee the connected bottle is absolutely full but with the spare 9Kg bottle there should be enough gas for most hires. We ensure that the spare bottle is full. You can return the van with empty bottles and there will be no hidden charges. If you need more than what is provided, then you will need to refill one of the bottles. Many Z stations can refill the bottle. If you are coming from abroad, we are happy to meet you at Auckland International Airport during NZ daylight hours or pick you up from one of the Airport hotels. A Daily Rate discount is offered for hires over 4 weeks , depending on the time of the year.

Hiring rules

  • Strictly No Smoking or pets inside the van or under the awning. Fees may apply for transgression.
  • Toilet and waste water must be empty upon return.
  • Fuel tank must be full on return of the vehicle.
  • Road User Charges (RUC) are calculated at the rate of $0.09 per Kilometer driven ($9.00 / 100Km) This will be included in the drop off charges with Camplify at the end of your hire.
  • If you are coming from outside New Zealand, please ensure that you have the appropriate licence to enable you to drive in this country. If in doubt please check with Camplify.
  • To comply with insurance restrictions, you must not drive on ski access roads, snow covered roads or unmade shingle roads except for campground access roads. Under NO circumstances must the vehicle be driven on sand (this means ANY beach or sandy area wet or dry).
  • Any damage not covered by your insurance must be paid for by the renter(typical example....putting incorrect fuel into tank etc).
  • The van must not be driven, under any circumstances, by provisional licence holders or unlicensed persons.
  • Please allow time to complete the hiring familiarisation procedures, and 30 minutes for drop off signoff.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
