12volt for off grid, 230volt power supply is only available when at a powered camping site. All connections required for this are included. Microwave operates on 230volt supply only.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We loved our camp experience. The van had everything we needed + more. It was toasty warm in minus 2 temperatures. Ben was very responsive in all communication. A wonderful and pleasant experience.
