Hiring rules
- Please empty the grey water and septic tanks prior to returning.
- No need to refill the fresh water.
- Please return with a full tank of diesel
- Please return clean and tidy as you received her.
- Please remove all personal rubbish
- No smoking
- Please discuss the possibility of pet travel when you apply to hire her. This will be negotiated prior to hire.
- No towing
- Please inform us immediately of any damage that needs attention.
- Additional charges
- .9c per km used for Road User Charges
- Any tolls are the responsibility of the hirer
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Awhina 5.0We had a great holiday in this van, Tracey and Dan were super accommodating to us after we had a last minute cancellation for another van in Kerikeri. We are super grateful that Tracey and Dan saved our trip by letting us hire their van and even dropping and picking it up from Kerikeri. The van it self was easy for my husband to drive, had everything we needed and the bed is super comfy. We highly recommend
